Shipping & Returns We treat all of our customers the way we would like to be treated. As parents ourselves, we spend a lot of extra energy to select only the best products for your children. Delivery Time: We know you want your products fast, that's why we send most of our packages in a white box through USPS priority mail. We process and ship most packages within 24 hours of purchase, pending credit card authorization and verification. Priority Mail usually takes only 2-3 days to ship from our NJ warehouse. Our gift subscriptions arrive on the date of the birthday each month. Each is nicely packaged and comes with a personalized letter describing the play value of each toy. Tracking My Package: With every shipment we send an email notifying the purchaser of shipping information. Standard Shipping and Handling Costs: Shipping and Handling costs are determined by total weight of package and distance it will be traveling. Shipping and Handling is calculated on the order total page. We often have promotions to lower the cost of shipping. Free shipping applies to orders in the continental US only. International Shipping: Currently, we ship do not ship overseas. Returns: "Every Customer Smiles" is our personal guarantee to each of our customers that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied and to provide timely responses to any questions that you may have. In the event you wish to cancel a subscription, we will provide a full refund of any unshipped merchandise. If you should need to return an item purchased through our store, please email us at support@smarterbythemonth.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable. |
