Credit Card Chargebacks
In the event that you request a chargeback against Smarter By The Month LLC from your credit card company, and Smarter By
The Month LLC successfully disputes the chargeback and it is reversed, Smarter By The Month LLC shall have the right to
charge the credit card that was involved in the chargeback $50.00 (Fifty US Dollars) for the time and costs associated to
reversing the chargeback.
